1. Create and Personalise
  • ✅ As the Event Admin you can set your event page as Private event, so it's accessible by only the guests that you've invited.
  • ✅ Personalise your event page with a cover image, better yet share your proposal story through a cover video to set the tone.
  • ✅ List all the planned activities so the guests can see them all in the event's activity calendar.
  • ✅ Add the venue address so guests can locate it on Google Maps, great for assisting them with the directions without getting lost. Take a step further and create an Interactive event map to help your guests with various areas at the event location.
  • ✅ You are in control of your event page at all times, you as the admin of the event can Pause or Close Event for any unforeseen circumstances.
2. Invite and Connect
  • ✅ Send personalised invitations by choosing how you want to invite guests, whether in bulk or individually. And, they'll receive your invitation in the WLCM Events app, email or via a text message.
  • Build your Event team by adding Sub-Admins (think family or close friends), chat & plan with them so they can help mange the practicalities for your celebrations.

Every plan on WLCM Events allows you to build your event team by creating Sub-admins for your event. These Sub-admins can be friends, family or event managers who can help you with the practicalities of managing your event page.

With WLCM Events you are incharge of your event, meaning you can set your event as private and only allow the guests that you have invited can see and join in your celebrations. You can even control if guests are allowed to create posts or share them from your event on to social media.

Once you have created your event page you can post text, image or video updates, your guests will not just be notified but they can also react and comment on them. To top it off you can also conduct polls, a great way to capture emotions.

Whether it's responding to RSVPs or reminding them about your event on the day, WLCM Events takes care of this by sending timely reminders to your guests. Plus, you can also have the option to send personalised notifications as well.

Guests often capture beautiful moments that you may miss out, so we have created an option for guests to create posts. However, these posts go live only when a member of your event team (Admin, Sub-admin) approves it. This vetting process allows you to ensure the balance and the decorum of your event is exactly as you want it.

Your event page will be live and accesible until your plan expires allowing you an opportunity to go through the analytics. You can even download a PDF of your event page, great way to reflect on the memories.
