• First Name, Last Name;
• Gender, Date of Birth (Must be 13 years or older)

• Banking information, credit card, and debit card number

This information may be collected as a result of you registering to purchase a plan through the website.

This information may also include:

• Information that you provide by registering on the Website such as first name, last name, email address, telephone number and address (“Contact Information”). This includes information provided at the time of registering to purchase a plan on the website and requesting further services. 
• Information you provide to us when you complete user surveys or surveys for research purposes such as your Contact Information.
